To obtain your medical marihuana certification through Pure West Compassion Club, follow these steps:
Ensure you have medical records that demonstrate your need for a medical marihuana card based on the qualifying conditions.
Contact us to schedule a pre-registration appointment. During this visit, you'll complete the necessary paperwork and provide your medical documents for the doctor's review. A $25 deposit is required at this stage.
Attend a consultation where the doctor will review your medical history and determine your eligibility. The $50 fee covers this visit, club membership, and assistance with state paperwork.
Submit a $40 fee to the state for non-caregiver status or $85 for caregiver status.
Upon state approval, you'll receive your medical marihuana card by mail, granting you access to medical cannabis products.
Total Costs: $50 for the doctor visit and club membership, plus $40 (non-caregiver) or $85 (caregiver) for state processing.
